Naturopaths

Julie Parsons ND Dip. Nut.

Julie started training in alternative medicine in the mid 1990’s studying CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and attending various energetic courses including Reiki. She has since qualified as a Nutritionist and Naturopath with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a great advocate of treating the whole person rather than just their symptoms.

Her studies have included: Bach Flower Remedies, Iridology, Herbs, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Ear Acupuncture, TCM, Detox Techniques, Cupping and Tissue Salt Therapy.

Julie has also trained to use a bio-energetic machine called the Asyra AT3 which helps getting to the root of a client’s problems with a great deal more ease and speed. The Asyra gives an instant body reading, highlighting imbalances, intolerances, weaknesses and stresses of all the body organs and systems. It also addresses mental and emotional imbalances – areas that very often get overlooked.

A local ‘girl’ who has lived in and around Worthing for the majority of her life, Julie has one daughter of 21. She keeps fit by taking long country walks, playing tennis and doing Body Pump classes at the gym!
