Massage Therapists
After a long career in IT, ranging from software development to software support and training, Sally decided it
was time to pursue a more fulfilling vocation.
She initially qualified as a massage therapist and due to her interest in sport, (both as a badminton coach and
squash player, participating in several Sussex leagues), she continued to train and qualify as a sports massage therapist.
She is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association.
Having suffered many sports injuries herself, she fully appreciates the necessity for a speedy recovery and return to normal activity. Sports massage is known to help prevent injury and enhance performance, with pre and post massage playing an important part of a sports persons training regime.
Don't be surprised to be given a little homework as Sally believes that the right stretches and exercises help to
promote a speedy recovery.
Using remedial massage, Sally also treats injuries and conditions unrelated to sport.
